《国际贸易实务双语教程（第6版）》是为培养我国涉外经济部门所需的既能熟练掌握外贸专业知识，又能熟练运用专业英语从事进出口业务的复合型人才而专门编写的教材，旨在帮助具备一定英语基础并初步掌握国际贸易知识的专业人士，提高国际贸易英语水平，利用英语直接从事和研究对外经贸的实际与理论工作。本书共十三章，每章包括四部分。优质部分是课文，按照外贸业务交易发展的规律，同时用中英文系统地阐述国际贸易中的各个重要环节的规律。第二部分是专业术语解释，对外贸业务中经常出现的重要术语进行简要、精确的解释，使读者能够正确、清晰地理解这些术语的含义。第三部分是专业词汇，紧扣课文内容，提供与课文内容相关的常用单词。第四部分是练习，充分体现双语特点，既有中文练习又有英文练习，便于读者自学。
《国际贸易实务双语教程（第6版）》根据Incoterms 2020编写，紧跟国际贸易实务发展变化的最新形势。增加了数字贸易的相关介绍，重点讲解跨境电子商务的各个最新流程、专业实务环节、地道英语表达等知识。全书中英文对照，系统介绍进出口贸易的整个流程，并优化和补充课后练习，增加案例分析和单据操作题，满足立体化教材建设的需要。
前言
本书自2006 年9 月出版以来，因内容新颖、实用，中英文结合，受到了许多院校师生、学者的关注和认可，至今已经6 次改版，多次印刷，收到了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
本次修订的主要原因是随着数字经济的发展，数字贸易成为一种新贸易模式。进入数字贸易时代，国际贸易与互联网 紧密联系，出现了数字贸易和跨境电商等新的业态，互联网和英语共同成为当前开展对外经济贸易业务和相关国际商务活动的最主要工具。因此，补充了数字贸易以及跨境电子商务的各个流程、专业实务环节、地道英语表达等知识，增加其对外进行数字贸易特别是跨境电子商务各项业务联系活动的竞争力。笔者结合多年的教学经验，通过与跨境电子商务公司和平台的相关人员的直接合作，并参考在欧洲做访问学者期间所获得的相关资料，经多年努力编写了此书。进行修订的另一个原因是，在本书第1、2、3、4、5版的使用过程中，广大读者、给出版社和笔者反馈了许多建议和意见。为了更好地紧跟形势发展，笔者对本书进行了修订，主要修订内容如下：
（1）在优质章中专门进行了数字贸易的专题介绍，以便读者了解数字贸易在世界贸易中的主要地位及其定义和具体范围（中英双语）。
（2）适当增加数字贸易特别是跨境电子商务各项业务所带来的贸易实务中的变化和更新部分的业务，以及对应的英文新的说法，如数字贸易交付与数字订购等新术语；添加数字化产品和跨境电商平台的一些新的英文表达。
（3）对书中有关的商品品质、合同、物流运输、支付方式等环节对应数字贸易的环节进行相关内容补充（中英双语）。
（4）练习题案例学习（case study）部分删除了一些旧的案例，更新为新的案例，特别结合了数字贸易平台、数字产品的案例，突出本书的时效性。
（5）作者结合这几年来从事教学和科研中积累的一些心得体会，对部分练习进行了修订，修订后的练习题更趋向于用英语学习国际贸易实务专业知识，更注重实务应用能力的培养。
修订后的教材主要体现以下特点：
（1）紧跟国际贸易实务发展变化的形势，特别是数字贸易和跨境电子商务发展的需求。
（2）补充完善前一版中不足的地方。
（3）更加注重应用性和操作性。
同时，本书也是高等学校本科教学质量与教学改革工程的成果之一。以本书为主要参考教材的国际贸易实务课程被评为2009 年度双语教学示范课程。
本书在修订过程中，参考了许多国内外出版社出版的相关著作和刊物，在此一并向这些著述的作者表示感谢。
由于作者水平有限，尽管倾心编写，也难免存在缺点和不足之处，恳请和读者不吝指正，以便再次修订时臻于完善。
