《基于专利制度的技术创新管理》一书,旨在将作者对专利制度发展及其在技术创新实践中战略运用的交叉学科研究成果奉献给读者。分为六章: 技术机会发现与专利布局设计,专利风险评估与防范,促进国际技术扩散,新兴技术产业的专利战略,专利产品的平行进口,中国及全球专利制度的发展及其影响。

主要研究成果:在“与国际贸易有关的知识产权” “专利战略与技术创新”等领域的研究成果,以及提出的知识产权管理、分享和利用方法,对协调、维护和促进中外国际科技合作和公平贸易、提升企业创新效能等,起到了积极的作用。研究提出的立法修订建议被我国《专利法》《海关知识产权保护条例》等采纳。
2011—2020年,担任中美政府合作项目清洁能源中心(CERC)中方知识产权专家组组长,2013—2020年,担任中欧政府合作项目二氧化碳捕捉利用与封存(CCUS)中方知识产权负责人。带领团队与外方知识产权团队谈判、联合制定知识产权分享与利用规则,为中外创新合作实现互利共赢提供了制度支持。带领团队为中国许多行业、企业提供知识产权战略咨询服务,为中国企业走出去保驾护航。
以英文、德文、日文、中文在国际知识产权领域权威期刊IIC、GRUR Int.、EIPR、The Journal of World Intellectual Property、Technology in Society、Advanced Engineering Informatics、Technology Forecasting and Social Change、Journal of Technology Transfer、Energy Procedia、《科研管理》《知识产权》《情报学报》《国际贸易》等国内外重要专业期刊上发表学术论文 160 余篇。
张奔,华中科技大学法学院副教授,硕士生导师,同时也是华中科技大学中欧知识产权研究院和管理学院中德知识产权研究所的兼职研究员。参与了一系列与知识产权有关的知识产权和技术合作的联合研究项目,其中包括中美清洁能源研究中心项目以及中欧碳捕获与封存研究项目。近期的研究兴趣包括知识产权法、专利战略管理及技术创新政策。于2018年在华中科技大学管理学院获得管理学博士学位,并在 2018—2021 年继续完成了博士后研究工作。
阳维,华中科技大学管理学院助理教授、中欧知识产权研究院和管理学院中德知识产权研究所研究员。曾获国家自然科学基金、湖北省知识产权研究基金等多个项目资助。主要研究领域包括国际知识产权制度、技术主权与战略依赖、企业专利管理、高校技术转移、研发合作中的知识产权协调、专利战略等,在Technology in Society、Computer Law & Security Review、Humanities and Social Sciences Communications、Journal of Technology Transfer、International Journal of Technology Management等国际著名期刊上发表论文十余篇。
